Camunda Community Summit 2023 FAQ

Camunda Community Summit is a unique, interactive two-day event for developers, enterprise architects, and process orchestration experts who come together for two days of peer-to-peer learning, creativity and collaboration.

Camunda Community Summit 2023 will take place over the span of two days – May 10 and May 11, 2023. It’s a hybrid event that audiences can attend either virtually or in-person in Berlin.

The 2023 Community Summit is a hybrid event. You can attend onsite in Berlin at the The WECC Westhafen Event & Convention Center or you can attend virtually.

If you attend virtually, the online part will still be open to everyone for free. Regular tickets for the onsite part in Berlin will be at 649 EUR per person (excluding tax). An early bird ticket is available for 399 EUR until March 15, 2023.

You are eligible for a refund up to 4 weeks before the event. After that, we are unable to refund your ticket but you can transfer it to another attendee. Please contact us at [email protected] to change it.

The agenda is available here.

Virtual attendees will have access to the same content as onsite attendees with the exception of the Workshops on Day 1 and the Community Summit Hackday. You must be onsite to be part of the Workshops or Hackday.

As part of your in-person Camunda Community Summit experience, you have an option to sign up for the Hackday event, as an alternative to Day 1 workshops.
